Shipping
Please Note that we only ship to United Kingdom addresses only.
We aim to use the most cost effective shipping method depending on weight of your order and its packaging.
We offer two main services:
- Royal Mail First Class (One to three working days)
- Royal Mail Standard Parcels (Three to five working days)
The delivery times shown above are delivery company targets, are from when we dispatch your order, and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays after dispatch.
Collection/Delivery
If you live in the Thatcham area of West Berkshire then we are able to deliver your order to you or it can be collected by prior agreement.
Damages
Pix2Gifts should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order any damages and shortages so that these can be rectified. While every care is taken to package your order securely against damage, we do occasionally experience damages. We may seek proof of damages so that we may claim against our shippers.
Returns
Returns are only accepted where there is a fault or damage. If multiple items using the same design are to be purchased, then you are advised to order a sample first so that colours and layout can be agreed before a large order is placed.
As most items we produce are personalised we would therefore not be able to re-sell them if they are returned. As a result we cannot offer refunds for any personalised gifts unless there has been an error on the part of Pix2Gifts.
